Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are
Funding 360 is a trading name of 360 Global Solutions Ltd. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
360 Global Solutions Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. That means we decide how and why your information is used.
This policy covers personal information we collect through this website, including the funding enquiry form. If you contact us by phone or email instead, the same principles apply.
The information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a funding enquiry, we ask for:
- About you — your name, email address, phone number, how you prefer to be contacted and, optionally, your postcode
- About your business — your company or business name
- About your requirement — what you are looking to fund, the approximate amount, your timescale, what the funding is for, and anything else you choose to tell us
- Your choices — your acceptance of this notice, and whether you have opted in to marketing
You do not have to provide this information, but we cannot review a funding requirement or respond to an enquiry without it. Please do not include bank details, card numbers or other financial account information in the enquiry form — we never ask for them at this stage.
Information we collect automatically
- How you reached us — the page you arrived on, the site or campaign that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed
- Technical information — your IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time of your request, recorded in our hosting provider's server logs
- Usage information — pages viewed and actions taken, but only where you have accepted analytics cookies
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
Under UK data protection law we must have a lawful basis for each use of your information. Ours are:
- To respond to your enquiry and review your funding requirement — because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To approach lenders and funding partners on your behalf — because it is necessary to take steps at your request, and in our legitimate interest in operating as a commercial finance brokerage. We discuss your requirement with you before approaching anyone.
- To send you marketing about our services — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To measure how this website is used — only with your consent, given through our cookie banner.
- To keep records, and to protect this site from spam and abuse — in our legitimate interest in running our business securely and meeting our obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not make decisions about you by purely automated means.
Who we share it with
Lenders and funding partners. Where you ask us to progress a funding requirement, we share the details relevant to that requirement with lenders, funders or introducers who may be able to assist. We share only what is necessary for them to consider it. Those organisations will use your information under their own privacy policies.
Service providers who act on our instructions. We use a small number of suppliers to run this website and our communications:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs
- Resend — delivery of enquiry notification emails
- Analytics providers — only where you have accepted analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for who these are and what they set.
Others, where we must. We may disclose information if required by law, by a regulator, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom, or store information on servers outside it. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law — such as UK adequacy regulations, or standard contractual clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry, and then for up to 6 years afterwards. That period reflects the time limits for bringing a legal claim and our need to evidence what was discussed and arranged.
Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them, plus a short period afterwards so we can show that we honoured your withdrawal. Server logs and analytics data are kept for shorter periods set by the providers named above. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted connection, enquiries are transmitted encrypted, and access to enquiry records is limited to those who need it to do their job. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to deal with any breach appropriately.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- ask us to delete information where there is no good reason for us to keep it
- ask us to restrict how we use your information while a concern is resolved
- object to us using your information where we rely on legitimate interests, and object to direct marketing at any time
- ask us to transfer certain information to you or another provider in a machine-readable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it — this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it
To exercise any of these, email info@funding360.uk. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Exercising these rights is free.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please tell us first at info@funding360.uk so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and — only with your consent — cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Where a change materially affects how we use your information, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
